蓬萊仙山是由何灝發起與擔任創作核心的樂團計畫，致力於將華語流行樂、節奏藍調與雷鬼、反拍等音樂做結合。團員找來濁水溪公社的吉他手陳俊安、EVERFOR的主腦蘇偉安、巴賴現場樂手大上一成和雀斑鼓手蔡柏翰，並由何灝擔任詞曲創作與專輯製作人。

音樂風格以華語情歌為主，加入慢拍搖滾（RockSteady）、情人搖滾（Lovers Rock）等元素，完美融合新台派的迷幻浪漫主義。團名致敬台灣早期色情頻道，台式搖滾樂加上爵士與靈魂樂的點綴，原汁原味的南島聲響。

專輯設計同樣由何灝親手操刀，從裡到外以手繪、繪本等質感為設計方向，跳脫一般傳統塑膠殼裝限制，融合抽象、超現實等繪圖風格。何灝擅長在抽象風格中融合禪意，呼應著蓬萊仙山的音樂，進而交織出更加完整的世界觀。
